Pure Handmade Carpet Technology 手工地毯工藝
縫紉紡織之藝，為華夏五千年文化的瑰麗奇葩。早在一萬八千年前，舊石器時代的山頂洞人已經(jīng)使用骨針逢綴獸皮。淇淇循著歷史的腳步，回溯經(jīng)典傳統(tǒng)：內(nèi)飾新品采用純手工編織工藝，終于迎來D-K手工地毯的誕生。
傳統(tǒng)的手工地毯，大抵要經(jīng)過圖案設計、染紗、掛經(jīng)、編織、平毯等數(shù)十道工藝流程。而為了取得更加精巧細致的做工，D-K手工地毯尤其注重編織細節(jié)——取兩根強韌阻燃丙綸穿入針眼，以四股合成一線，憑借著手工師傅高超的穿引技術，以適宜力道快而精準在設計藍圖上飛針走線，任他手中的針線,如游龍般歡樂而充滿朝氣的在地毯上鉆孔、穿線打結。循環(huán)往復中，奠定了D-K手工地毯結實強韌的基礎。其結實耐用程度是單股機械織毯的4倍以上，足以對抗經(jīng)年累月的踩踏而不必畏懼變形威脅；特殊手工技藝，將地毯使用壽命延長至8 ~10年之久——為普通機織毯的5倍！長久的手工勞作，由手工師傅帶著的對手工技藝的熱愛，透過一針一線的穿引，融入地毯中，賦予它藝術的生命。細微之處見純粹，精巧之處顯格調(diào)。地毯絨面立體感強、層次感，是糅合了設計師智慧和資深工匠師心血的經(jīng)典佳作。
